Yahoo – doc has given the all clear following my sinus op… (which followed from my board breaking my nose and starting the problems around 40 years ago). Had my first swim this week and the water’s fine – planning on doing more water-related things, once I get the energy levels up after ‘no exercise’ …
A mixed bag for the surf… The keen ones will be doing a bit of driving around this week, back and forth, back and forth 🙂
Friday: around 1 metre or a bit more at the south ends of Nor East beaches
Saturday: coming up at dead South spots only, say 1-2 metres
Sunday: down a bit, say 1 metre at places that like dead South swell
Monday: about 1 metre North East
Tuesday: coming up to around 2 metres at dead South swell-friendly places only
Wednesday: down again, in the 1-2 metre range dead South
Thursday: about 1 metre South
