Energy levels very low indeed

Hello Friends,
Les’see… what’s the nicest thing we can say about the conditions? Hmmmm. Well, tomorrow might be up a bit… Otherwise, it’s kinda hard to see much upside surfwise for today in Sydney. We have a tiny, barely-there southeast wind swell of maybe a metre out at sea. But the average period is a choppy 5 seconds or so. Wind is lightly NE and set to come up to a standard issue 15-20 kts later in the day.
If that keeps up overnight, there could possibly be slightly more bump tomorrow morning and maybe, as the NE’r accelerates later in the day Friday, we could see some waist to chest high wind lumps at semi-protected spots.
It still appears that there should be another slight increase at NE spots on Saturday afternoon and into Sunday. Beyond that, the long range forecasts this morning are showing a trend toward slightly bigger than we’ve had this week. And that’s a good thing.
Enjoy your Thursday!

Impressive achievement given the conditions ato 0700.
