About the same as Thursday maybe up a tiny bit

Hello Friends,
Still not much going on this morning at Dee Why but I reckon it’s inched up just a tiny bit over this time yesterday. Swell’s still a touch under the metre mark from the SSE at about 13 seconds apart. As with yesterday, I’d expect the magnet spots will be delivering the odd waist plus set.
The Bureau says we should see an increase from around noon. And it’ll be offshore all day.
Tomorrow’s shaping to be another notch up again and Sunday and Monday look quite promising to me.
Off on an adventure with former reporter PB and mate Guy from California that, weirdly doesn’t involve the ocean at all. For the last year and a bit, PB’s been making a living offering tours of Sydney for people who don’t like tours. We’ll be going on one of them to check out some of the bits of Sydney tourists (and northern beaches types such as myself) rarely visit. Check out his website at baileys-sydney.com and keep it in reserve for next time you have visitors and want to suggest something a little more memorable than sitting in a huge tour bus and getting dumped at various trinket vending operations. (BTW I set up the web site for him) I’ll see if I can get a few piccies along the way.
Have yourself a fantastic Friday!
