Manly has some SE lines rolling in pretty slow. High tide was 5am and if it will be like yesterday it got a lot better as the tide dropped. Wind should swing to the south later so best bet is surf by mid morning if you are not headed to work watching the Hurley Pro final on your iPhone right now
