Very small at Dee Why

Hello Friends,

Really, really small at Dee Why this morning. Pretty much SUPs and longer I’d say. Wave faces were struggling to make knee high for the most part. Wind wasn’t a real issue though (contrary to the forecast) and tide is heading to low at 1025. Wind should swing through the eastern quarters but not get much above the 15kt mark.

Tomorrow the Bureau says we could wake to SE wind and an increasing east to SE swell. Not an ideal combo, but anything involving increasing swell always catches my attention. Might be a plan to get an early start on Weds.

Long range outlook is pretty samey. That said, it doesn’t look like it’ll actually fade away to absolutely flat over the coming week. My hunch is knee to waist most of the time but with the odd chest plus at magnets on bomb sets.

Go well and keep on smilin’!
