Thursday down the coast

Hello Friends,

Swell was pumping, wind was offshore, skies were sunny on Thursday along the south coast of NSW. We looked at a few places, but far and away the best was Golf Course reef in Ulladulla. The carpark was jammed and the lineup population bounced around from 20 to 30. Lotta big wave guns out there too, so your correspondent’s 6.3 fish stayed on the racks and the wrappers came off the camera and big lens instead. Gotta ton of pics which along with last week’s efforts from Crescent will eventually get online. But for now, a little sample for you…

We also made a run south of Ulladulla to Bawley point for a look around. The point wasn’t really firing up because the swell was so south, but it was still big enough to deliver the occasionally barely makeable section at Guillotines.
