"Stay happy and you'll be perfectly fine" - Jack Norris

Saturday

Nice to see blue sky after the rain… Currently the air temp is about 9 on the coast and the wind is a light offshore WNW which will start to smooth off the bumpy surf at some locations.

The Sydney buoy is showing 2.3 – 3.8 metres of SE swell, while those to the south are starting to slowly go down. Not all that’s coming ashore but it’s still quite sizable at open ends of beaches.  Protected places like the Manly stretch will be a lot smaller and smoother.  The keen ones are out already but the water quality won’t be so great after all the rain.  Tide is also still a bit low for comfort..coming in, with high at midday. Water temp is just under 20.  See TG’s forecast below for the outlook.
