"Stay happy and you'll be perfectly fine" - Jack Norris

Another rainy day ahead

Hello Friends,

10-15 kts of SSE wind and swell was around 2 metres at 10 sec apart from the SSE. Tide was high at 0740 and surface conditions inshore at Dee Why were surprisingly clean, though you could see lots of white horses out at sea. When I grabbed the pics at 0740 I didn’t see anyone in the water at Dee Why, although it wasn’t so tiny that it’d have been impossible to catch something. The point was probably not an option, but the beach looked like knee and a bit… so if you were keen. Of course the water probably isn’t all that flash. Last night at 2315 I received a text from Sydney Water reporting that Warriewwood WWTP released partially treated discharge.
Swell is supposed to go more SE today, but from my reading of the models, there aren’t great prospects for a real improvement to the rather marginal conditions. The Goat should be along later with his outlook, so I’ll leave my speculations there…
Have a great Thursday everyone!

Nobody chasing these at No Mans as of 0740

Some activity but no one convinced to give it a go a 0740
