Little Monday but not flat Monday

Hello Friends,
Small lines coming into Dee Why this morning were delivering knee high waves at the point and maybe a touch bigger up the beach. A light westerly was giving the ocean a little texture and out at sea a few hours earlier, the MHL buoy was seeing 1.3 metres from the S-SSE at 8 seconds apart. So don’t expect much energy. Tide’s high at 0900 and will be back to low about 1515. By the time we hit low, the wind will have been onshore for hours. Hit it early if you can. Ocean temperature is 20C and today’s high will be around 23 along the coast.
Outlook is for swell conditions to fade closer to flatness over the next couple of days. From Wednesday it looks as though we might have a bit more energy in the system. I’m not seeing anything dramatically interesting, but from here it seems as though we could have waist to waist and a bit at south magnets, grading toward chest high sets as we get to Saturday.
Have a great Monday!
