Firing Friday

Hello Friends,
Beautiful start to Friday with sunny skies, a light NW breeze and head high plusses on the bomb sets along the beach at Dee Why and to a lesser extent at the point. Swell at sea was out of the SE (145°) around the 1.5 metre mark with the odd bigger one amongst it thanks to a 13-14 second period. Beachwatch reports a water temp of 17C as we head to a high of 25C. Tide hits a 1.53 m high at 0825 and then we’re back to low at 1430.

Wondering about the prospects for the weekend? Well, wonder no longer because as sure as the sun rises in the east, the Goat rolls out his forecast every Thursday – and here it is.

Go well with your Friday and keep your mask at the ready for your time in enclosed public spaces.

Solid sets still in the mix at 0700

Not quite as big or consistent at the point, but they’re not missing out either. 0710
