"Stay happy and you'll be perfectly fine" - Jack Norris

Knee to waist high and smooth early

Hello Friends,

Partly cloudy skies, light WSW wind and a near-full tide were setting the stage for an 8-second 1.2 metres line from the NE to produce waist high sets at the better exposures. Lots of folks in the water from the get-go and it looks as though long lulls are the order of the day. But it was super clean and while soft, definitely surfable. Tide will hit the 1.83 m high at 0805. It’ll be back to low at 1425. Ocean is clean and Beachwatch says the temp’s on 20C. Weather call is for a partly cloudy day with a high of 25C.
As the Goat foreshadowed, the outlook for the week ahead is quiet but not utterly flat conditions.
