"Stay happy and you'll be perfectly fine" - Jack Norris

Small to tiny, slow and bumpy

Hello Friends,
Sunny Tuesday morning with a light SSW breeze early. Surf conditions at Dee Why looked to be in the knee to waist high range. Out at sea the buoys were seeing 1.8 metres of 9-second straight south swell. Tide is coming off the low and headed toward a 1.8 metre high at 1125. Ocean temp is up to 24C according to Beachwatch.
Wind is set to come up from the south at 15-20 kts, which will further limit surfing options.
It looks as though it’ll be southerly again tomorrow, but Thursday might be fun at south spots as the wind tails off and swell hangs in there.
Go well!

Weak and tiny

Weather Situation
A vigorous southerly change, associated with a deepening low pressure system over the Tasman Sea, is moving through the northern half of the coast and towards the northern border today. After this, a high south of the Bight is forecast to extend a ridge along the coast, and looks set to remain the dominant feature in the region through much of the week. On Friday, a cold front may reinforce southerly winds as it crosses the southern Tasman Sea.
