Waist plusses

Hello Friends,
Sunny skies, light WNW breeze for the early and an a shade under 2 metres of dead south 9-10 second period swell out at sea. Tide hit low at 0700 and is currently coming in to a 1.5 metre high at 1310. Water quality should be good most places and temp is sitting on a balmy 23C.

Fun waist to chest high sets along the Manly stretch. Not super busy either. Fairly high shutdown percentage on the low tide.

Weather Situation
A slow moving high pressure system to the south of the Bight is extending a ridge towards eastern New South Wales. A cold front moving across the Tasman Sea on Friday will brush the coast, reinforcing southerly winds and southerly swells in the wake. The southerly winds are expected to ease during the weekend as the high pressure system drifts to the Tasman Sea. The powerful southerly swells will be slower to ease during the weekend.
