The Goat’s Surf Forecast

The Goat’s Surf Forecast

Surf forecast issued Thursday 6 May 2021: Seven day outlook for Sydney

Wet n windy today, and the surf’s up at some places.

Looks like wet n windy tomorrow too, so the surf could be bigger but likely messy again.

After that, it depneds on where the Low off the coast ends up and how quickly it moves away, which as always depends on whta the Low wants to do.  But at the moment it looks like

Friday: 2 – 2ish+ metres from the East.. cold be more but doubt many will care

Saturday: 2-2ish East

Sunday: if it moves off as currently expected, somewhere in the 1-2 metre range East

Monday: dittoish

Tuesday: some south swell could be coming, could be 2ish metres at places that like dead South swell

Wednesday:  in the 1-2 metre range dead South

Thursday: easing back say to 1-1+ metres dead South

Stay safe … Surf within your abilities.
