A festival for hot weather – Happy Neptunalia, a 2 day #Roman Festival starting on 23rd July to honour of Neptune as God of the waters. People built huts out of branches & foliage, in the shade of which they picnicked, drank spring water & wine to keep cool & camped out overnight
