Puny tiddlers for the keen

Hello Friends,

If you’re desperate for a wave, there are very soft and gutless little things wafting into those places that focus ENE wind swell. Size is in the ankle to knee high range with the odd waist plus bomb. Swell at sea was 1.3m from 64° (ENE) at a choppy 5 seconds apart. Wind was out of the NW at 3-4 kts for the early. The forecast says we can expect the wind to go around to the NE as it ramps to a typical 15-20 kt summer afternoon setting. It should get to 26C along the coast. Water’s on 19C and first tide of the day is a 1.79m high at 1015.

Weather outlook for tomorrow through to next weekend is for on and off showery conditions with not much in the way of wave prospects until Thursday morning, when the wind should be kinda like today’s offering and there could be some 9-10 sec east swell in the 1.5m range.

Stay safe everyone, mask up around others and have yourself a top old Saturday.

Northy looking pretty paltry
