Hello Friends,
Had to run an errand, so turned it into an excuse to grab a few snaps for you on a grey, but smooth morning. Swell was 1.4 metres from the south at 8 seconds apart and wind early was a light offshore, so what little there was in the way of waves at least wasn’t blown out. It should go onshore soon though. Wave heights at the better exposures were in the knee high range with the very rare bigger one (waist ish) thrown in to keep things interesting.
Tide is currently dropping to the low at 1105. It’ll be back to a moderate 1.4 m at 1700. Weather should be partly cloudy with a high of 25C. Ocean’s on 24C. From Warriewood north, the water should be clean, but Northy and the Manly stretch are still questionmarks.
Surf looks like being small and ordinary through to about Sunday when we might start to see some energy from the low that’s expected to be off SE Qld.
I’ll be interested to see what the Goat thinks about it all tomorrow. He’s seen many a low in that position…
Go well, mask up and stay safe!
