The Goat’s Surf Forecast
Surf forecast issued Thursday 12 May 2022: Seven day outlook for Sydney
It was suggested to TG by a reader, that he might as well leave last week’s forecast up, as that’s what looks is in store for us again this week….
Crikey, thought TG, that’s a bit depressing and boring.
Being a lateral thinker, his next thought was: maybe if I type it all backwards, that might make it seem fresh and interesting??
Then again, maybe I better have a look at the crystal ball first…
Hmm well, having done that, it looks like variations on a theme with the Bureau’s weather outlook, and the bad water stuff is still there, and facing up to bad facts is good for you..
So cop an eyeful of this, if you thought you could escape it up or down the coast>>>

But then again it doesn’t pay to concentrate on bad things! That’s not good for you.
So on the positive side>>> There’ll be some warmer days, with light winds, and unless there’s something wrong with you, you can still Laugh out Loud!
Surf today was a choppy onshore windy mess, but that didn’t seem to deter a very few desperates/ keen players… There’ll be more waves that have been pushed along by the big High way out it/covering the Tasman. Maybe Saturday might be worth a look see with light NE winds, or even Friday, Sunday or Monday, maybe, if you aren’t concerned about water born infections, maybe…
Friday: somewhere in the 1-2 metre range East North East
Saturday: ditto North East
Sunday: ditto then easing back
Monday: around 1 – 1+ metres North East
Tuesday: ditto East
Wednesday: ditto
Thursday: down a bit East.
If you don’t want to laugh, just try smiling 🙂 It’s good for you.
