Back to small after Saturday but swell inbound

Hello Friends,

Yesterday afternoon, Dee Why Point was seeing 1.5x overhead sets but this morning it was back to barely surfable. Which kind of figures given that the swell was 1.35 metres at 10 seconds from the south as of 1100.  Wind was 13-24 kts from the west. The Bureau tells us to expect the swell to pick up this afternoon as it heads to a peak of 5-6 metres (!) this evening. Tomorrow should still be big, plus weather will be sunny and the wind will be offshore… could be quite the day.

Go well and know your limits!

Weather Situation
