Surf forecast issued Thursday 25 May 2023: Seven day outlook for Sydney
Today was supposed to be sunny and 23, instead it was mostly cloudy and cool, but conditions looked pretty with a light offshore making it sort of glassylike.
A few out at different spots but no one was really catching waves. Mostly sitting with their own thoughts and looking like they were enjoying just being out on the water, part of the peaceful natural scene. It was peaceful just watching them 🙂
TG says the surf outlook is ….
“Hmmm…
Interesting…”
(I think he copied that from his last visit to the vet).
Looks like we’ll be getting a few changes in surf conditions over the week ahead, starting with a cooler change coming thru overnight/tomorrow.
Swell size will be going up and down as wind changes pass thru. but with constant wind strength changes day to day, there’s not likely to be much consistent long lasting swell increase over the period… it’ll be up and down and up etc
Interestingly swell direction for the whole week will be pretty much dead South by the look of things, so any action is likely to be at places that take dead South swell and not much happening at other sheltered places.
Friday: starting to come up, say 1 ish, 1-2 metre range dead South, but that’ll quickly pass,,,
Saturday: back to around 1 ish metres dead South
Sunday: ditto
Monday: around 1 metre or less dead South, but then..
Tuesday: coming up thruogh the 1-2 metre range dead South
Wednesday: maybe 2 ish metres even (dead South), then
Thursday: back down to around 1 ish maybe 1+ metres ..Dead South.
Enjoy. Chillax
