Surf forecast issued Thursday 24 April 2025: Seven day outlook for Sydney

Onshore earlier today (Thursday) but it cleaned up later with waves on the open sea of approximately precisely 1.818 m at 14.85 seconds from South East, according to the MHL waverider buoy.

Weather outlook courtesy of BoM is for a coupla cloudy days with pleasant temps and light, E/NE winds. Then some cooler stuff with southerly winds.

Surf outlook is accordingly mixed, but there will be waves …of variable quality.

Friday: Down a little from today, say 1-1+ m East South East

Saturday: ditto East

Sunday: ditto ditto

Monday: starting to come up from the South in the 1-2 m range

Tuesday: ditto East

Wednesday: depending on the position of a Low, could see 3-4m South East

Thursday: ditto proviso 2-2+m South East.

Remember the Diggers tomorrow, Anzac Day.
