We have seen a small increase in the period over night. Lets not get too excited as its still small. A slight increase in size and power from yesterday and conditions are absolutely perfect as they always seem to be a this time of the year. High tide is just after 10:35am. Another couple of feet would be nice. If you want that I suggest you head up the coast and you will get some. Otherwise it looks like Sydney will get a small increase in pulse late today / tom morning but nothing to write home about. That Cyclone is certainly doing its business now…..although models are forecasting things to be a little smaller today. It has started to track South and one would hope that it maintains this direction for the good of all NSW but the forecast track still has it heading for landfall around Mackay towards the 21st. Lets hope it stays southward for a few more days – or better yet moves SE!
