I was down at Long Reef at about 6 this morning and its the smallest it has been for weeks. Barely 1 foot. But I could see in the distance the wind coming. Then at around 6.20am the ESE took over and has made a still morning turn into small slopy 1 foot waves. Most surfers who were out early came in. I wonder why. Swell is still expected as early as Thursday, definitely Friday and over the weekend.
