I checked a few places this morning and there were only 3 surfers out at Dee Why. It was a bit of a wait for a wave. But after about 15 minutes of sitting there shivering with the strong offshore wind a wave finally came through. But further out there was some whale action and a dolphin or two at Collaroy.
