Almost chickened out from the cold but gave it a go this morning and handed the compact to guest french photographer Olivier Arnard. Some solid sth sets at the Queenscliff end must mean some real solid ones at other spots. Arctic offshore winds and the swell direction means small at the Manly end up to double overhead sets at Queenscliff. Hard to find one but there are some walls there worth the paddle. I can see some big feathering Long Reef bombs in the distance from my lounge so find a jet ski! High tide 8:30am
