Swell is here.
At 0400 it was only 1.5 metres from the east, but the period was a whopping 16 seconds and that meant occasional bomb sets in the well overhead range at Dee Why point. When I first checked at 0700 the surface was kind of choppy and the swell angle wasn’t quite right for the point but the sets were too big for the bankless beach. Here are a few pictures for now. I’m off to take some more, so check back later.
