Little things around on Sunday morning

Hello Friends,

Another day with surfable options for the morning sesh. Swell has cogged down another notch or two, but after disappearing under the chop yesterday afternoon, the morning offshores have smoothed a lumpy 1.2 metre, 9.5 sec SE swelll at Dee Why. Set wave faces up the beach toward No Mans looked to be into the chest-ish range on the take-offs. It was maybe waist-ish at the point where a group of folk on mals were seeing the occasional set (not as consistent as along the beach).
Next tide is a high at 1210 and the Bureau says we can expect the with to go east to NE soon and get up to 15-20 kts.
This morning’s run of the models sees predictions of a solid south swell event filling in from around Wednesday and lasting through to the weekend. The problem is that the peak (when it could be hitting 4 metres) will coincide with strong to near gale force southerlies. Weather will be showery too.
Interesting anyway… maybe there’ll be a few options in the really protected corners…
Have yourself a great Sunday!
