"Stay happy and you'll be perfectly fine" - Jack Norris

Saturday and still a wave or two for the keen

Hello Friends,

After hitting close to 2 metres at 13 sec from the ESE yesterday, by 0300 the swell was coming from the SE at a metre with an average period of 10 seconds. Tide was low at 0535 and will hit high at 1145. Wind was a barely-there 2-3 kts NE at 0630, but it should be 15-20 kts by high tide.

Outlook is for the current conditions to remain more or less the same through to Monday. From Tuesday onward the models are pointing to a shift into a southerly regime which will see the swell heights go up but there’ll be lots of southerly wind too.

Have yourself a great Saturday!
