Small but not flat

Hello Friends,

At 0700 wind was coming from the WSW at about 6-7 kts, swell was 1.5 metres at 7 seconds from the south and tide was dropping to the low at 1100. Skies were mostly cloudy and the prediction is for a shower or two as the day goes along.
There were a few people hanging out at the point when I grabbed the picture and it looked as though sets were around the waist high mark. The beachies looked to be a similar size, but I didn’t actually see a wave caught.
According to the Bureau the swell should bump up a little this morning, but the outlook remains for energy levels to remain marginal to near flat across the next three days and then we may see a little uptick into very slightly more surfable conditions as we get into the back half of the work week. This morning’s models are pointing to a possible spike into more interesting energy realms on the weekend…
Have yourself a great Sunday and stay happy!
