Hmmm interesting week ahead…lots of wind changes from NW W NE S SE SW W SW S SE winds, and temps bouncing around too with a warm 29 max tomorrow..then down to low 20s…back up to 33…then down to 20! If we were made of plastic we’d probably crack….
But I’m sure your body can handle it.
Water temp is a coolish some say refreshing 19…not quite comfortable swimming temp.
What about the surf? ?? you say…
Well with all those weather and wind changes… in short it will be Incontinent….sorry, silly spellchecker… Inconsistent.
Although the models suggest some swell coming up from the south over the weekend it looks to me like being short period and SSW because the wind will push it back down and wind changes won’t let it get up much momentum to come asore as surf. ..
So..
Friday: similar to whatever you saw today..say around 1 metre or so SSE
Saturday: starting to come up mostly later on in the day in the 1-2 metre range at dead South places. ..not expecting much momentum to get round into sheltered corners and nearshore
Sunday: 1-2 metre range dead South
Monday: 1-2 metre range North East
Tuesday: 1-2 metre range dead South places
Wednesday: down to around 1 metre or so dead South
Thursday: down more
