Hello Friends,

Looks just like yesterday at this time, ie flat. By 1400 it was waist to chest plus. The Bureau is telling us that we should see a similar pattern today, but if I’m reading the tea leaves correctly, it’s not going to get as big as yesterday afternoon.
The 0500 MHL data showed Sydney on half a metre at 5 seconds from the south (meaning ankle to knee at best), but it was 1.6 metres at 8 seconds down at Batemans Bay. Wind is supposed to be light and variable later. Tide’ll be high at 1215 and weather’s going to be sunny.
Today’s the day for the Goat’s surf forecast so I’ll leave my speculations aside for now and look forward to what he has to say about the weekend and beyond later. I’ll be keeping an eye on things as usual and if it does pop, I’ll update.
Have a great Thursday everyone!
