Surf forecast issued Thursday 11 May 2017: Seven day outlook for Sydney:

Should still be some waves tomorrow similar to today’s conditions, then easing back to smaller all week but enough of a wave to ride on most days.  If you decide to go for a dip swimming don’t be fooled by small wave size….watch out for tricky rips that small surf can often generate.

Friday:in the 1-2 metre range from South East, still with some feeling

Saturday: down to about 1 metre East

Sunday: about 1 metre East with occasional slightly bigger sets

Monday: ditto

Tuesday: down,  1 metre or less East South East

Wednesday: about 1 metre South East
