The Goat’s Surf Forecast
Surf forecast issued Thursday 3 December 2020: Seven day outlook for Sydney:
The surf outlook is .. hmm how to put it.. Disappointing… If you’e easily disappointed.
Others will see a little Adventure Trek Challenge ahead… Searching to find a wave!
Lots of wind direction changes, and windy as well!
Warmish to average temps.
And lots of Small Waves with direction changes as a result of the windy wind changes not giving the ocean much of a chance to get a head of steam in one direction or other.
But, all week there should be little waves… at the right tide, at the right place… for the right gear…
You’ll just have to have a sense of adventure and seek them out, using the following Intel gleaned from TG’s guts>>>>
Friday: about 1 metre or so ish at dead South places only
Saturday: Ditto
Sunday: about 1 metre or so ish Eastish
Monday: about 1 metre or so ish North East
Tuesday: about 1 metre or so ish at dead South places only
Wednesday: Ditto
Thursday: And down joost a little bit more.
Stay Positive… But NOT in a Covid way! It ain’t gone away in the world.
And remember, even small surf can produce rips that inexperienced swimmers can drown in.. so help out whenever you can…
If you’re inexperienced, swim where the red and yellow flags are… If there are no flags…no swim.
