Hello Friends,
A warm day coming up. At 0630 skies were clear and wind was light from the WNW. Tide was just starting to come back up to the high at noon. The MHL buoy was showing 1.25 metres of 7-sec east wind bump. It’s too small for the point to get going and looks to be in the knee to waist high range from about No Mans north.
The Bureau’s call is for SE swell later this morning, but looking at the MHL data from down the coast and at its forecast maps, the trend appears to be toward smaller. So, if you can find a little peak, pounce because the incoming tide’s not going to help things.
Friday morning means a fresh dispatch from The Goat on the week to come’s prospects. Close to 20 years of these predictions and he’s still having fun.
