"Stay happy and you'll be perfectly fine" - Jack Norris

Small again and SE

Hello Friends,

At around noon yesterday, the primary swell direction went from ENE to the SE. As of this morning it was SSE at about a metre with an average period of 7 seconds or so. The sea breeze was out of the south at 6-10 kts, Tide was coming off a high at 0530 and will hit low at around 1220.

At Dee Why these settings were delivering knee to waist high plus little waves in the corner. It wasn’t too busy either. A fun morning for your little wave board I’d say. The wind isn’t expected to blow a lot harder, but it is due to come more around to the east by early afternoon.

According to the Bureau, tomorrow will see easterly breezes early turning SE later. The little wind swell is supposed to come back around to the east today and stay that way through Sunday morning.

The Goat hasn’t run his forecast up yet, so I shall be keen to see what he thinks about the coming week. Lookin’ pretty quiet to me though…

Have yourself a great Friday!
