Pumping

Hello Friends,

Not a day for beginners and maybe a little sketchy for those just qualifying themselves as intermediates, but if you know what you’re about, you’re about to have fun at your fave east swell spot.

Swell has ramped up pretty dramatically overnight. It’s a couple metres from the east and the average period has gone past the 11 second mark. There’s some 13 sec stuff in there as well, so you can expect some pretty solid sets.

Wind is light and out of the NW at 0715, but according to the Bureau, it’s going to come around to the east and NE as the day goes along. So, earlier, looks like being better. Fortunately the wind isn’t expected to blow too hard – and it’s going to be sunny all day!

I’m planning to get out and about with the camera, so I might see ya around. I’ll try to tweet my location.

Go well!
