About half a metre of sub-9-sec east wind swell lapping weakly into Dee Why this morning. Not the place to look for a wave I’m afraid. Of course, given those numbers, I’m not sure there’s going to be much more than that anywhere else. Should be mostly sunny and 22 today though. So, there is that…

Weather Situation
A low pressure system over Bass Strait is expected to slowly move east during the next couple of days, resulting in increasing westerly winds over the southern and central NSW coasts today, with winds strengthening along southern parts of the coast. Winds will turn more southwesterly during Friday as the low moves into the Tasman Sea, with strengthening winds reaching central parts of the coast.

West to northwesterly 15 to 25 knots becoming westerly 20 to 30 knots in the late evening.
