"Stay happy and you'll be perfectly fine" - Jack Norris

It’s quiet out there… too quiet…

Board meeting
Hello Friends,

Flat as a flat thing this morning at Dee Why. Barely half a metre of ESE swell with an average period somewhere around the 10 second mark just doesn’t amount to much. A few bods sitting in the water when I checked Dee Why for the first time today. But they showed no signs of actually catching anything. From the latest forecast models, they’ll probably have to hang around out there for another three days or so. An ECL is expected to form up soon and by Saturday we could have some very interesting conditions. Indeed, the forecast models look a lot more hopeful than yesterday. It now seems that instead of southerlies, we might get SW wind as the swell arrives…could be damn fine!

Hey, and don’t forget the…
