A few waves to be had if you look around

Hello Friends,

Another beautiful morning out there with little waves. Exposed spots are showing the odd set into the head high range, but mostly it’s around waist to chest plus at many places. We’re heading toward a low around midday, so the situation will be reasonably dynamic as the fatness factor drains away.

Sets at Dee Why seemed to be pretty far apart, but they’re definitely around. The MHL buoy is showing close to 2 metres at 12 seconds apart from the SSE. Wind is set to build up from the NE later and the Bureau says we can expect the swell to pulse up at the same time.

The long range forecasts don’t have any good news for us this morning, so I reckon get in today if you can, because it looks as though we’re back to minor to flat for at least a week. Some models reckon there’ll be waves again tomorrow morning (eg the Bureau), but beyond that…

Have yourself a great Monday one and all!

Still mostly shutting down, but this one went okay
