Hello Friends,
Big doings overnight in Canberra, but only small doings this morning at Dee Why. It’s sunny as Malcolm’s mood, but surfwise, it’s more like Tony’s – resigned and pretty close to flat. There were a few folks in the water at the Dee Why end of the beach (too tiny to even mal it at the point), but I didn’t see anyone snag a ride. The MHL spectral data was showing 1.6 metres of 6.5-sec ESE wind chop along with a tiny bit of long period but small SE component. You’d be doing well to pick up a knee high dribbler at Dee Why but there might be slightly more on tap at places that like the feeble conditions. Of course the 0915 high tide wasn’t being a big help.
Gotta run, so have yourself a top old day!
