No surf today for Sydney

Hello Friends,

A beautiful spring morning under largely cloud-free skies for Tuesday. Unfortunately it’s even more microscopic than yesterday at Dee Why. It looks like a lake sadly. And the outlook is for it to stay flat until maybe tomorrow afternoon when the Bureau – but that’s the earliest according to this morning’s swell models. Instead it looks a better bet to put your hopes on Thursday, at which point we should be seeing 1.5 metres of 12 sec straight south with westerly wind and sunny skies. And good news for weekend warriors as it seems likely Saturday through Monday should be bigger again.
So, something to look forward to on a flat Tuesday.
Go well with your day everyone!

Weather Situation
The combination of a deep low south of Tasmania and a high pressure ridge over central Australia should maintain a vigorous westerly airstream over most coastal areas through the remainder of the week, though some northern parts may see afternoon seabreezes.
