Another beautiful but tiny morning

Hello Friends,
You know yesterday? Well, that was a good practice run for to today. The MHL buoy was showing less than a metre of 11-sec SSE swell as of 0600 and as you can see from the pictures, there won’t be any surfing at Dee Why this morning. Tide was coming into the 1.5m high at 0810 when I tapped out these words. The wind was WNW at 15-20 kts.
There’s a strong wind warning today and looking at the Bureau’s modelling it looks like maybe there could possibly be a tiny uptick in the waves this afternoon – but it won’t be much. Other models are projecting a pulse to begin filling in Friday afternoon. It’s currently projected to peak in the 3 m range offshore and by Saturday south magnets could be overhead – and lasting at that level into Sunday.
Could be a great weekend for waves.
Have a top old Wednesday everybody!

Bomb set at 0700 might have been catchable with a mal.

Weather Situation
The combination of a deep low south of Tasmania and a high pressure ridge over central Australia will maintain a vigorous westerly airstream over most coastal areas through the remainder of the week. On the weekend the ridge will extend across New South Wales as the low moves away, resulting in significantly lighter coastal winds.
