Knee to waist high at magnets

Hello Friends,

Light SSW breeze saw a glassy start to Monday along the beaches. The wind will come around to the north to NE as it gradually builds to 15-20 kts. Swell is coming from the east at 1.3 metres at 8-9 seconds apart. Waves were in very small but if you were patient, the moments arrived. Tide was low at 0520 and will be back to a highish 1.8 m at 1145. Should be a warm 27 on a cloudy day with a 40% chance of light precipitation. Water is on 23C.

The current pattern seems likely to hold across the next few days. This morning’s models show some prospect for a little improvement mid week, so here’s hoping…

Go well and take that mask with ya!
