The Goat’s Surf Forecast

The Goat’s Surf Forecast

Surf forecast issued Thursday 24 March 2022: Seven day outlook for Sydney

As he was going to bed last night (Wed) TG said “If it’s raining like this in the morning I ain’t going to work!”

I reminded him that he doesn’t “go to work”.

Then he said “Well I ain’t goin surfing either. It’ll be too uncomfortable in the rain.”

I said “You surf like a goat anyway!!”

The outlook is not what you’d call exciting. The BoM’s weather outlook suggests mostly onshorey, windy, showery conditions ahead. But there could be occasions when there might be some breaks if you can dodge the showers and get some light winds without being too fussy about quality, if you’re getting desperate by now like everyone else and you’re happy with some small to medium ish waves.

The water quality Wednesday night looked semi OK but with all the showers about you also might want to see what  Beachwatch says each day before dipping your toe in >>>

Hope that helps.

Don’t despair. It’ll get better – sometime 🙂

Saturday: ditto

Sunday: ditto but more Eastish

Monday: ditto

Tuesday: and ditto again

Wednesday: ditto but more North East

Thursday: and similar
