Surf forecast issued Thursday 14 April 2022: Seven day outlook for Sydney
At last. Some decent weather with light winds – until a Southerly comes though around next Thursday – but that’s a whole week away.
A week with lots going on for you, all over the place!
There’s Bell’s in Vic.. the Easter Show in Syd…Bluesfest in Byron…the Tamworth Country Music Festival in – Tamworth -…the National Folk Fest in Canberra…
What?? Oh…
The Surf outlook…is for waves all week!
Size may chnage a bit from time to time, but at the moment it’s in the upper end of the 1-2 metre range, made punchy because of a 13 second period, which means it’s pushing in from a long way out. This could continue for a while or the Pacific might decide to relax a bit, be cool and just keep rollin’ in.
TG said let’s keep it simple (because he is simple)..
Thursday to Wednesday – somewhere in the 1-2 metre range from outta the East/ish
next Thursday: similar till a Southerly change messes it up.
TG will be sussing out water quality on a day to day basis.
