Swimming maybe?

Hello Friends,

As expected, it’s puny this morning. Near flat at Dee Why, actually. Not really surprising, given that the swell is only a metre at 8 seconds from the SE and the tide was a swampy 1.9 metres at 0755. Thanks to a light NNE breeze, the surface had a little texture as of 0800. The wind is set to pick up into the 15-25 kt range later, so that won’t be helpful either. Still, the water’s clean and 20C.

We’ll see what the Goat has to say later, but I’m not expecting anything too exciting in the way of waves for Christmas. We might have to wait until early 2023 for anything interesting.

Have a top old Thursday everyone!
