The Goat’s Surf Forecast

The Goat’s Surf Forecast

Surf forecast issued Thursday 22 December 2022: Seven day outlook for Sydney

TG is prancing around the room with pretend antlers on his head and a red nose day button on his nose, trying to be Rudolf, singing “last Christmas I gave you my art, but the very next day you gave it away…”

I keep telling him the word is “heart” but he’s distracted. As to his “art” present last year, I didn’t think pencil drawn stick figures qualified as art, so it went in the bin. I pretended I gave it to someone who really liked it.

He was distracted because he was trying to decide the best approach for delivering the Christmas surf forecast…

Should he adopt a ‘rip off the bandaid’ approach, as ‘they’re all big boys and girls’.

Or  should he be more gentle, with just a touch of humour, as ‘everyone has had enough of the weather, and is over the news – social, economic and political.’

So he decided on a mixed approach>>>

TG says

It might be best for you to focus on thinking about the nice things you’d like to get for Christmas – that’ll make you happy.

Better yet – what would make you even happier, is to think about the nice things you can give to your family, and friends, and even to complete strangers.

That would be very Uplifting for you…

Coz the surf won’t be!!

Hahaha

Friday: 1 metre or less East North East, or even flat at higher tides

Have a very Merry and safe Christmas everyone!

TG.
