Surf forecast issued Thursday 23 February 2023: Seven day outlook for Sydney
It was windy today, making a complete mess of the ocean.
TG says “wind” is the operative word for coming days…variable, changing directions from day to day and during the day, light, fresh… you name it, it’s on the program, as a big High meanders and wobbles its way across our part of the world.
There will be surf, small though it may be, for the week, but wave quality will be very dependent on these winds..
Best to check the daily report and Bureau forecast each day, and grab your chance when you can.
Surf outlook
Friday: down a bit from Thursday in the 1-2 metre rnage East South East
Saturday: say 1-1+ metres East
Sunday: ditto East South East
Monday: ditto
Tuesday: ditto but dead South
Wednesday: ditto again
Thursday: starting to come up from dead South, 2, 2+ metres
Stay positive. Keep Smiling.
