Hello Friends,
Not much swell energy around this morning. Even a good exposure for the conditions like Curl Curl (see above) was very weak and tiny looking. Waves were in the knee to maybe possibly waist-high range – and utterly gutless. Take your mal, or nearest equivalent if you’re super keen.
The ocean was looking a little textured inshore, while out at sea, the MHL buoy was detecting 1.4 metres of 7-second SSW bump. The tide was low at 0650 and will be back to high at 1330.
I wonder what the Goat will think about our prospects for the coming week… check back later for his words of wisdom.
Have a top old Thursday!
Weather Situation
Winds will ease during Thursday as a ridge of high pressure develops. A coastal trough is forecast to develop about the South Coast on Saturday before extending northwards during Sunday and Monday, while another high pressure system develops further south near Tasmania. These systems will see easterly winds increasing about all coastal districts over the weekend, with a weak southerly change moving along the southern coast during Saturday.
