"Stay happy and you'll be perfectly fine" - Jack Norris

Small but the odd rideable one

Hello Friends,

Thursday morning at 0700 saw smooth conditions at Dee Why with a light WSW breeze and the last dribs and drabs of south swell periodically delivering a wobbly waist high set. Although the south swell was around 2 metre mark, the period was 9 seconds, so for the most part it wasn’t wrapping around the point. Tide was coming in from the low a 0530, so it’ll be back to a deep 1.72 m high at noon. By then the wind is likely to have settled around to the SE and junked up the modest surf offerings. Weather should be partly cloudy as we head to a mild 23 high. Water’s ticked up a notch to 19.
Looking ahead, I’m not seeing much of interest in the near term, but the Goat should roll out a fresh forecast later today, so maybe he can discern something hopeful…

Go well with your day!
